Become an
NPCF Pet
Parent
Once you determine that you are eligible to become an NPCF Pet Parent, after visiting the Statistics Canada low income cutoff table, you can create an NPCF Account and then proceed to complete the NPCF Pet Parent application form. Please note that you will be required to attach your current Revenue Canada Notice of Assessment as part of the application. All requests for financial aid will be processed on a first come first serve basis and will be subject to available funding.
Note: Information received by the NPCF will not be shared with any other person or entities. All information provided to the NPCF will remain confidential.
